Yeah, do the Bond producers believe audiences are in any way confused by this? I can't decide if they're very stupid, they think the audience is, or both.
Given that Craig’s first film was a reboot of the series I don’t understand why they’re struggling with this.
James Bond’s death in No Time to Die is causing a nightmare for the next film. Writers are stuck because Bond “was blown to pieces.”

I may use this as an example for students of how *not* to write.
First sentence: this thing is bad
Second sentence: There is no definition for the bad thing.
The first and second sentences *do not make sense together.*
How can there be evidence that something is bad if the thing isn't defined?

I've said it before and I will likely have to say it again: the Democratic leadership are feckless and vapid, and they sorely deserve every ounce of historical scorn and anonymity coming their way.
If the US system weren't so incredibly broken, they'd have been ousted years ago.

Cool, cool, cool. How's SAG feel about a new blacklist?
Under new head of Paramount David Ellison, the studio has drawn up a list of actors who opposed the Gaza genocide and will not allow them to appear in its films and TV shows.
Does this sound familiar?
Also, "Ellison is reportedly aiming to take over Warner Bros. next."

Paramount Has Blacklist for Stars Deemed “Overtly Antisemitic” — World of Reel
It sure looks like the likes of Javier Bardem, Joaquin Phoenix, Emma Stone, and Mark Ruffalo won’t be making movies for Paramount in the foreseeable future.

As a reminder, FIFA is so corrupt as to almost be a parody of corruption. They make the Golden Globes look respectable. They once financed an entire movie about how awesome FIFA was. In short, nothing makes more sense than FIFA awarding Trump a prize.

A left leaning candidate winning the mayorship of a large city is *literally* only news in the US because the US media has simply lost all sense of perspective.
Big cities are *supposed* to elect left-leaning folks. They're cities, ffs.

I have to imagine far-right Catholics are really struggling with the fact that they can now hear this stuff in English directly from the pope.
“How did you receive the foreigner? And did you receive him and welcome him or not?”
Pope Leo XIV challenges us to reflect on the moral cost of policies that target deeply-root immigrants and families.

basically every 2024 truism is dead. Trump did not build a lasting multiracial coalition or turn young men into committed Republicans. You don’t need to cave on trans rights to win. The pundits have nothing left to tell you.

Not every Democratic candidate has to be a copy of AOC or Mamdani.
BUT the days when someone who is more comfortable with corporate execs than the people who actually elect them need to come to an end. Corporate America already owns the GOP; they don't need both parties. Time to take it back.

Every time she comes up, I remind you all that Pamela Paul killed a pro trans paragraph in a review I wrote for the New York Times, lied about it in the press, then when I confronted her with receipts, said “Let’s keep this to ourselves.”
In which a straight woman highlights a bunch of known anti trans activists and claims there's a divide in the queer community.
It's pure propaganda and gaslighting.

This isn’t even the first time it would happen - you can literally just go back to when Eric Adams first ran for mayor, and when he got into office, to see how the media manufactured a crime wave that helped push his pro-police agenda at the expense of every other city service.

Such a perfect example of what we all give up when we refuse to address basic inequalities. I don't want to live in a country where all the public space is militarized to keep hungry people from stealing food, just give them money to buy food!
