The removal of the streamers and ceremonial stand indicates that China held the Fujian aircraft carrier’s commissioning ceremony on November 5th but will release the news report and video of it on November 7th.

On September 4th, a video appeared that showed a Ground Effects Vehicle (GEV) conducting a test flight near Nanshan Port, Sanya, Hainan. The GEV, also known as the Bohai Sea Monster, was coasting in the water near several civilian boats before it conducted the test.
