I see a lot of catastrophizing, and while I understand and have found myself doing the same, I think we really do need to see what happens. Sometimes the thought of things eats us up more than the actual thing. Not saying we don’t have to worry. Just saying we need to keep it in check for our MH.

I got in soooooo much trouble with this book in high school - nuns weren't having it - between this book and the Bible I almost got kicked out of high school - good times.
Since this book is fairly heavy, I’ve decided to read a chapter a day. Two chapters in and I feel I’ve already learned more than in every American History class I was ever forced to take in grade school.
