Got this wee hamper as a thank you for helping a person who had a serious mental health issue
I was able to help her and she is now in recovery

Everyone’s talking about the chase and some tunt taking minus 17K what a knob
But no one said what was the pot they played for, did they win and who was the chaser

Had the most wonderful experience today, I helped a lady who had serious mental health issues caused by her job, I was able to guide her through ill health retirement and I met her husband today who thanked me for giving him his wife back
To help someone who is I a dark place is wonderful #bekind

Big day in the Welby household my 13 year old granddaughter is running in Enniskillen as the Ulster X Country champion in the all Ireland championships
Will let you know later how she gets on

I hate international break your players go away for meaningless friendly matches and get injuries
