We will see the Russian intent as smoke screens will lift after non-commitment to ceasefire and then the will of EU and US to cripple Russia's oil industry, will determine how long this potential final chapter of the war will last.

Since Trump blocks NATO membership for Ukraine and European partners to Ukraine may not be able to deter Russia. The only long term security guaranty is to develop nuclear weapons again. Thus, Trump on behalf of Putin now suggests that US take over nuclear power plants in Ukraine.

Regarding the freeze of US military aid to Ukraine we should remember that this is the second time and Ukraine is in a better position now than last time Trump blocked aid in congress.
