I see a house or apartment building built before 1900 and they have a modern grey or white walled interior, shame shame shame. What's wrong with period accurate interiors? Modern interiors in buildings built before 1900 should be a violation of historic preservation laws IMO

It should be impossible for there to be any neglected homes in any Historic District in the country! there should be stronger subsidies and tax credits to make historically accurate upkeep of historic homes super affordable

I literally almost cried getting back into Providence seeing downtown Providence from the 195 bridge out of the sheer beauty of the city! I would DIE for my hometown!

I'm glad mamdani won the NYC mayoral race but I'm hoping that if housing becomes more affordable under his administration, that there isn't a mass exodus of my friends living in Providence if housing becomes less expensive in NYC than Providence
