today's study~
Since I deal with TMJ, with flare ups I get headaches. I probably need to make up my mind if I should get physical therapy for my TMJ to decrease my symptoms.
The swelling behind me eyes was good. My eye doctor said if it starts happening constantly, there could be an underlying issue as to why, and I would need further testing. As of now, I need to manage my stress and anxiety. Limit my time on electronics. Stay hydrated and get lots of rest.

Last month of 2025. It’s been yet another shitty year, unfortunately. Mostly due to a *certain someone* that’s in power that’s been fucking us all over. Not in a good way, either.

I didn’t need to see my eye specialist, just my regular eye doctor. Got an appointment IMMEDIATELY after calling, me and mom had to rush to get there in 40 minutes. I DID have an ocular migraine/migraine aura yesterday.
I gotta wait another hour to call my eye specialist. Until I find out what’s happening, I’m decreasing my time on electronics.
Something WEIRD happened with my vision a couple hours ago. I wasn’t supposed to see my eye specialist until JUNE next year since everything kept looking good. But now I’m gonna have to see them sooner due to what happened earlier.
