There is a large percentage of IRS workers who are in our Service Centers, who are not ALLOWED to use email, some don't have a computer at all but work in our mail rooms processing waste and opening envelopes , or in editing for return transcription.
OK honest question what is the root of this? Is this just how you think on drugs?
