Phew, left X! I’m a Ph.D. candidate at UW-Madison (@McArdleLab) and a visiting grad student in the Burkard Lab at the University of Iowa, studying how chromosomal instability (CIN) and aneuploidy shape tumor evolution .

Would love to connect and chat about CIN, aneuploidy, or cancer research!😍
Congratulations, Mamdani 🥂 This amazing news makes our move back to the NYC area even sweeter.

Bluesky already feels like the perfect new home! With over 39,000 scientists here, the starter packs made connecting so easy. The community map showing how fields naturally cluster and overlap is incredible—it’s amazing to see science so interconnected.

Moving a lab is tough—especially as the only PhD student relocating with your PI while moving house & family too. We made it work thanks to my lab & amazing family. If you’re in the same situation don’t hesitate to reach out. I remember scouring forums when I got the news. 💙 #AcademicLife #PhDJourney

I am really enjoying the surge of people to bluesky but still kind of missing the VERY early career group of people! (Aging in academia is a funny thing) - I went ahead and made this starter pack go.bsky.app/Jq8YaQM - if you would like to be removed/added please let me know
