Only 14 homes in #Wales are affordable within local housing allowance. The UK goverment can change this and increase that number.

We know having an affordable place to call home gives people the foundation they need to build their life.

1/2 Housing benefit is meant to protect people across the UK against poverty and homelessness. Decisions around Local Housing Allowance rates mean housing benefit now only covers 1% of private rents in Wales.
