Probably SB, but unintentionally so. She tends to be very assertive and quick-witted which can lead to some situations where folks feel 'demanded' to interact socially. Kael is probably annoying because he tends to bumble in social situations a lot and misses stuff.

Kael still feels a lot of guild surrounding his wife and son's death. Could he have stopped it if he'd been there? It's been a huge point of his story and personality.
