back in march I was posting on facebook about how awful the tarrifs would be, and someone I was once friends with was yakking about how it won't affect them because they don't buy cheap Chinese junk
anyways, he lost his cattle ranch and now works the meat department at a supermarket

i tore down my old garage on wednesday
then thursday was just a grind of slowly pulling it apart. Most of the timber and plywood will be reused in the shed i am building

I drive my EV into town 5 or 6 times a week and it only costs $25/month in electricity
meanwhile my ICE pickup truck costs $30 for about 5 trips. So it would be in the area of $120/month if it was my only car.
Needless to say I only use it for truck stuff.

you know what sucks, paying $100 to fill up your car. I can charge my EV at home for like 11 bucks, and it'll be cheaper than that once I get my solar going
