As a school social worker, this bill will hurt our youth. There is no reason this bill exists, except to make supporting youth in crisis more difficult. Often, the only mental health support a student will receive is at their school. This bill makes that access unnecessarily difficult.

Just because the US absolves itself of its own crimes doesn’t mean the rest of the world operates in that manner. The existence of Trump is the consequence of a country existing outside international law and accountability. We need a return to actual justice and the promise of international law.
