Energy?

"Energy"?

Are you fucking kidding me?
"Kennedy questioned the effectiveness of the vaccines…

'You can't control the amount of energy that everybody is getting," he said. "When you give a vaccine, you want to know exactly how much energy is because some people react very, very badly and can get very, very badly injured.'"

1) the effect of active shooter response training in kids.
2) social media and testing culture is teaching people that complex issues around mental health should be able to be explained in 2 minutes with a clear “right” answer.
Bluesky academics, let's get to know each other! Quote this & tell me: 1) a project you are working on & 2) an odd idea/theory you aren't working on but keep thinking about.
Here's mine:

Great. Vaccine science denier for the head of HHS. Guess I have to revive showing a video of a baby with pertussis in my VACCINES DON'T "CAUSE AUTISM" THEY SAVE LIVES lecture scheduled for next week. Thrilling to be back here.

Last night I had a stress dream from all the work I have to do, but it was the first time I was a professor in the dream and not a student. Congrats to dream me, really.

Would Frasier get a job in a Psychology department? This is the realist thing on the internet today. Send this to all your non academic friend so they finally understand you. Then laugh. Or cry. #psychscisky

The Ivy League Doesn’t Want Frasier Crane
The reboot finds him as a newly hired college professor. His real-life academic counterparts insist there’s “no way” it would happen.
