Must be hard to get people worried about a government shutdown, when the government keeps ruining everything for everyone. May as well tell people the machine that kicks you in the balls everyday just broke. Oh no.

Anyone but me think the signal for an illegal forward pass looks an awful lot like they are penalizing the 1/4 back for farting on the field?

Off tomorrow for “petition training”.

If you are in the northern KC area and want to sign the petition to put gerrymandering on the ballot, hit me up.

At the risk of being redundant.. nothing ruins my enjoyment of a football game quite like Josh Allen being on the field.

Me: (checking blogs for advice to make sourdough more sour) there are all sorts of Reddit posts wondering how to make their sour dough less sour.

Husband: for people who don’t really like sourdough?

I’m not trying to get in you plate, honest.

Ball is turned over on downs.

Announcer: “that’s as good as a turnover.”

Dude. It was a turnover. It’s right there in the name. Turnover. On. Downs.

Y’all don’t pay much attention to what spews outta your mouth, do ya?

This is Modi. One of my two GP’s that live with my goats.

This morning, some of our baby goats found a place to wiggle under a gate to get out.

Modi let himself out by climbing a gate, chased the babies back into the fence and let himself back into the field.

Extra cookies for him. Good boi.

Just figured out that, as a football fan in general and a Chiefs fan specifically, I cannot watch Josh Allen play for pleasure. (When not playing the Chiefs)

Just hearing the announcers say his name over and over increases my rage exponentially.

Lough thinks knitting is the most interesting thing I do.

I do not enjoy his help.

Swatching some yarn from @getknitfacedinco.com.

I love the contrast in this. A little assigned pooling seems in order. Just trying to decide which of these two patterns I like better.

Thoughts?

OMFG. What have I done wrong here that every morning I am subjected to some sort of new sex account.

I do not want to start my day by seeing genitalia. Make. It. Stop.

Getting out one of my favorite sleeveless sweater patterns and Tom is right there to help me decide what changes need to be made to it.

Despite all the help my cats Tom and Bubba gave me, my socks are complete. As an experiment, I put some little beads on the cuff. The don’t stand out very much, but they make me happy.

Teaching Tom to knit.

Bubba doesn’t understand that being able to actually see the knitting pattern isn’t optional.

Taking the goat path is never a straight line, and seldom gets you where you want to go.

Just to be clear. I don’t want a reduction in my taxes at the cost of programs for children and poor.
