"Jackson County Circuit Court Judge J. Dale Youngs, in a ruling on Monday, found that the 2022 law was too vague and broad and violated the Missouri Constitution."
Missouri schools banned books because of this law. A KC judge just struck it down
The 2022 law was part of a broader, coordinated effort to curtail school book content.

The depth of the shame of a country this wealthy and abundant allowing its people to go hungry is impossible to measure. The fact that a handful of people could fix this by paying their fair share of taxes while still remaining obscenely wealthy makes it even worse.
