And it's the best! In promotion for his new Frankenstein movie, Konbini in Paris got director Guillermo del Toro to visit their favorite video store in Paris to chat about cinema. The latest in their "Video Club" series featuring directors coming to this old video store and perusing the shelves, saying whatever comes to mind. This video is a full 30 minutes! And it's still not long enough! Guillermo talks about his love for Mad Max 2, Taxi Driver, Planet of the Apes (he really geeks out about watching this as a kid), The Devils, and many other films. Along with filmmakers like Martin Scorsese, James Cameron (whom he has been friends with for decades), William Friedkin, Hitchcock, Charlie Chaplin, Luis Bunuel, and others.
