The Constitution is clear: if you're born on American soil, you're an American citizen.

TX AG Ken Paxton has sued 3 pediatricians in El Paso, one of only 2 endocrinologists in the area, for allegedly performing gender-affirming care. Parents have denied the allegations. Parents say these allegations will make it harder to recruit ped endocrinologists to the area, where they are needed.
