Do heel spurs heal or go away? I am getting a bit depressed not being able to walk properly nor stand for long for almost half a year…

Been living w/ De Quervain’s tenosynovitis for six months now… both wrists. Few days ago, i was careless and further agitated my right. Whole hand seized with a sharp pain from my thumb to forearm. I can’t even hold a pen to write, nor lift a light flat sheet without grimacing in pain..🫠

Giving this platform a go because I stopped using the other when the blue bird retired and the feed was/is filled with toxic ppl
