Prior to Mega Dimensions, the most single-type Megas that duplicate was Psychic at....2. Mewtwo-Y and Alakazam. And no one cared.
Now Mega Manetric is joined with Elektross, Raichu-x, Raichu-Y, and Zeraora for a total of 5 megas with the same single type.

never played a Prime game, and didn’t beat Dread. Last game I played was II on the Gameboy. But, you don’t need to be a Metroid super fan to recognize that McKenzie ain’t good … he’s a goof character that’s typically annoying in any media, and does bring down any atmosphere you’re trying to build.

so if the “First Partner Pokémon” links to the bulbapedia page and it calls Poiple and Alolan Meowth first-partners due to in-game lore. Does that make them starters … or not since they don’t start out first for *us*. @pokedoku.bsky.social
