Thinking about how coming of age into the 2008 financial crisis fucked Millennials from the jump and many of us are still recovering, and how exactly the same thing is now happening to the Zoomers. It's almost as though cyclical recessions limit economic mobility societally or something.

Idk who needs to hear this but: this weekend I taught embroidery to Girl Scouts. A mom kept pointing out all the flaws in her own embroidery.
Then her daughter said hers was terrible, & the mom said no, hers was good - but it was too late. Her daughter knew all those flaws mattered. ❤️

PSA: the CDC has a program that pays for your COVID vaccine if your insurer won't. The guy at CVS told me that my insurer had not added the new vaccine to its formulary yet, so I'd need to pay $190. I told him about this program, showed him the website, and paid nothing. 🤗
