So disappointing and bleak. Really hope Ireland doesn't follow suit. Remember JK Rowling donated £70,000 to support this. It isn't just a difference of opinion.

The UK ruling is a devastating blow to UK-based trans people but, make no mistake, it's also going to be used by our own home-grown TERFs in Ireland as a stick to use against things like the Gender Recognition Act.
