the number one thing institutions and funders can do for community archives is just give them money, whether they have a 501(c)3 or not. give them money to do the work they need to do. #SAA25

This is my personal feeling, too. But also told from my higher ups that we *have* to engage with it, which suuucks.
I realy don't think there is any ethical justification for archivist use of AI, given its environmental impact and the affects of climate change on archives. It's a hardline stance but that's where I am.
