A reminder that Los Angeles had its hottest summer in history last year. Southern California has received just 2% of "normal" rainfall during the current "rainy" season.
These fires are a direct result of a warming & drying atmosphere caused by burning fossil fuels.

30mm of rain and flooded out again 60acres under water and a 4 mile drive between farms becomes an 8 mile drive as we have also lost the road out of this village and the next one along the valley.

Another wonderfully vague statement. Change isn’t the aim - change should get to an outcome. We are yet to work out what the government sees as priority for agriculture. They certainly haven’t been explicit. So can anyone tell me ‘the plan’?

Finally reaching the point of the kids doing better Christmas decorations and organising than me. It’s time to take a back seat and let them craft what they want. Strange the magic going but lovely to see them expressing themselves.

It’s coming… can’t avoid the March, 4 Christmas trees to decorate, 3 holiday cottages to clean and prep and a whole heard TB test before the 25th. Childs play.
