We know sleep difficulties are related to a wide range of issues, but we need to learn more about sleep among Irish adolescents and how it can be improved. #adolescenthealth #hbscireland #hbsctrends
School aged children (46.3%) are reporting difficulty getting to sleep at least weekly, an increase in sleep difficulties in comparison to 1998 (30.9%).
