Glucocorticoids Unleash Immune-dependent Melanoma Control Through Inhibition Of The GARP/TGF β Axis | Cancer Research UK Manchester Institute
This study uncovers a surprising role for GCs in triggering CD8+ T cell–dependent tumour control through downregulation of GARP and thus TGF β signalling.

Identification of antigen-presenting cell–T cell interactions driving immune responses to food
The intestinal immune system must concomitantly tolerate food and commensals and protect against pathogens. Antigen-presenting cells (APCs) orchestrate these immune responses by presenting luminal ant...

Interesting work, it's becoming clear that @santiagozelenay.bsky.social's 2015 work on the COX-PGE axis' role in tumor immune evasion is robust (and also that we really need to focus on type I IFN in anti-tumor immunity).

Antagonistic Inflammatory Phenotypes Dictate Tumor Fate and Response to Immune Checkpoint Blockade
Inflammation can fuel or suppress cancer. Bonavita et al. identify NK cells as primary orchestrators of T cell inflammation in murine models and devise an inflammatory signature that predicts patient survival and response to immunotherapy in multiple malignancies.
