2025 has been a rough year, but no matter what, I’ve been able to escape into gaming. I’ve spent a lot of time getting lost in a ton of classic games, especially ones I’ve enjoyed growing up and even some I’ve missed out on. Even got to play a lot of classic arcade games that I never played before.

While I’ve been gone though, I bought Tears of the Kingdom. I’ve been having a blast just building random contraptions and vehicles. I will build Metal Gear next.

It’s been a long while since I’ve posted, genuinely wanted to take a break from social media since it can be very distracting; especially here since it’s been pretty great here. But a lot has happened since I’ve been gone especially when it comes to family. I guess I just took a long break.

The video game art I have hanging around. The Boarderlands ones were just the ones that came in the collector’s edition the other three pieces are from two different artists, two of which are signed by the artist themselves. I really like them a lot and I’m glad I bought them.

I’ve been having more fun than I feel I should be with this game. I feel a lot people don’t tend to like games that are very hands off, but I enjoy them a good amount. 🙂

I’ve been meaning to grab a copy for a while now, and I finally have! I loved this game back on the Wii despite some of its flaws, and I must have been one of the few people that had zero issues with the controls. It’s a great game and I’m excited to play it tonight 😎

I’m probably 1 of like 5 people to buy a 2DS accessory in 2025. It looks pretty good in all red.

Took some parting gifts home for later. I’m surprisingly not even buzzed considering I had 5 drinks and a few shots. But I feel nice and chill, so I’m gonna play some games and go to bed feeling good 😌

I hadn’t played on my 2DS in a while but decided at the end of last year to mess around with it. It has been my main gaming device going into 2025. I’ve been weirdly addicted to playing all my old 3DS titles that I haven’t touched in years. It’s been so much fun playing them all.

I got some cash for Christmas and I just spent the last bit of it buying Unicorn Overlord. For $30, I feel I got a good deal. It’s a treat for myself for not turning into a popsicle these past few days. lol

Shenmue's Dobuita floored me back in 1999 and i still think it's a really cool location today, sure, Kamurocho in Yakuza is more technically impressive and more "iconic" but Dobuita did it first and it's still amazing to just walk through.
