They run them bc people react to them the most.
If we stop linking to bad columns and instead post thinkers we find valuable (& generate convo around it), incentives change.
It’s not easy and takes constant practice!

To be fair, shutting down the decrepit Hoover Building might be the one thing Patel did that was GOOD for the FBI. Their HQ is overdue for replacement—but funny story: Trump stopped the new HQ because he didn’t want a hotel to open up in the old site and compete with his DC hotel across the street.
