Great discussion with @lisanandymp.bsky.social and @davidolusoga.bsky.social at @Bristol Beacon about the continuing inequalities of access in creative industries. Too many people in TV have “over-belief” that you need to be like them to succeed. Need to overturn systemic barriers 👏🏾
