Recently watched The Faculty at my partner’s suggestion. Fun watch. It’s going into my body snatchers/pod people movie rotation for sure.

Finally broke through my Dresden Files wall. I usually run out of steam after book 10, but I just finished book 12 and enjoyed it. It felt like it was supposed to be the end of the series. More books still to read, so we’ll see where it goes. #dresdenfiles #books #reading

Under Wraps held up better than I expected. The only bit I remembered was the movie in movie at the beginning, which scared the absolute nonsense out of me as a kid. Can confirm that the thing with the in-sink-disposal is still scary now.

Finally started watching Severance and I’m so impressed by the way they’re using color in their storytelling.

Absolutely loving this retro cover. It’s been a while since I read any Bradbury, and I’m looking forward to reading some short stories between longer books.

Current work in progress. I’m only 35 rows into a 160+ row project, but the color changes are keeping it exciting so far. I’ve mostly done tapestry color work, and I’m enjoying trying out intarsia.

On to book 2 of the year, selected on vibes alone. It served me well on The Holmes-Dracula File.

Got my Cheekface tickets today!! That’s at least one thing to look forward to in a year that is quickly shaping up to be a downhill sprint.
