Artist Russell Mason has completed his new mural on a vacant building at 1827 South Ave.

“Strings of #Syracuse” is a 45-foot-wide mural hand-painted to honor longtime street musician Eli Harris.

Harris was killed in a hit-and-run crash in April 2020.
