Friendly reminder that dishwashers made after 1995 or so are so water and energy efficient that even if you ran them twice fully loaded it would still use less water than handwashing the same load.

It says we're using the memorization method now which actually is what works best for me. I was taught phonics in school and really struggled. To this day, I can't do it for spelling. Clearly memorization is not the method that works for most. I'm thankful my mom was so supportive of reading.

There was such a strong aurora last night! It peaked at close to 5 am here. Unfortunately Vienna was fully cloudy so I had to look at the webcam from the nearby mountains.
