So Scotland have ended with almost the same group as '98 but with Haiti instead of Norway.

Seems doable? Hammer Haiti and we've at least got a chance of a best 3rd place.

Take something off Morocco or Brazil and we're through regardless.

I like those odds.

important to remember that we we talk about the BBC’s right-wing bias we mean in the way they chose what to report on and how they frame those issues, and when the right talks about the BBC’s left-wing bias they mean that sometimes the person who reads out the news is black

I don’t know how many times I’ve watched this video.

I don’t know how we’ve gotten to the point where men in full balaclavas can abduct daycare teachers while they’re watching children.

But I do know that this isn’t sustainable. Abolish ICE. There is no way to reform this.

Reform should be hammered with shit like this again and again.

It's easy to forget that some of the people having their head turned by this mob are already in precarious work with poor pay, is this sort of return to thatcherite form by Farage going to do anything but make their lives worse?
Nigel Farage, who has so far registered a total of £280,500 for four hours a month as a "brand ambassador" for a company selling gold bars, thinks a £10 an hour minimum wage for young people is too high bylinetimes.com/2025/11/03/n...

Stunning day for the Green team in the May Day Football Fundraiser! ☀️

We may not have won, but playing with some solid Trade & Tenant Unions has helped raise funds for charity ✊️

Well done to GMB Glasgow Branch 40 Cleansing, Glasgow Branch 1 Care and Branch 28/51 Ed/FM for sponsoring also! 💚

Honestly this man was like my wrestling gateway drug, I remember coming across his barbed wire massacre match with Abyss in TNA on youtube when I was younger and it opened my eyes to what wrestling could be beyond the cartoonish Super-Cena stuff I was seeing in the telly.

RIP Sabu.
PWInsider has reported that Sabu has passed away at 60.

Happy May Day!

From the Australian Green Bans of the 1970s that gave the Green movement its name to the modern day, our history is deeply entwined with trade unionism and working class movements across the world.

We remember that history in our fight for a just transition!
There's nothing that terrifies Tories more than working people standing up for their rights.

Happy May Day! ✊💚

More than 35% of all school leavers in Aberdeen and Aberdeenshire chose NESCol.

That rises up to 60% of school leavers in our region’s most deprived communities.

The MSPs who voted for these cuts damaged a working-class institution and a just transition.

Grab every lever you have and pull on it.

In your workplace, community groups, your local pub, anywhere you're a regular customer, grab all of them.

Because you better bet the anti-trans groups are already. But they're a tiny movement (despite their money). We can use our numbers to resist.
Unsurprisingly, Sex Matters have already produced dodgy guidance on what the SC judgment means, trying to pressure organisations to ban trans people from using the loo.

The anti-trans movement has significant resources and are now seeking to reduce our rights in practice even further.

Fellow cis people. See that pal you have who you avoid talking to about trans people? Talk to them. Make sure they know the harm being done. It is a diceroll, you know you might lose them as a friend, that's why you quietly avoid the topic. Roll that dice. Stop hiding. Trans people need you.

People speak to the press anonymously because they fear being sacked or being targeted.

Those of us who use our own names are vilified for daring to raise questions, or in one case this week, accused by a close friend of the party leadership, of being “transparently self-serving”. (1/3)
