I spent years selling health insurance in Canada, and so many people see this and just say, no problem I can buy coverage. Not how personal coverage works and employers are pulling back on group benefits. If PP gets his was, too many families will have to make insanely hard choices!
While we wait for Ella's surgery from a T1D complication, I feel the need to speak out about why this upcoming election is so important.
As of 2017, over 30,000 kids in Canada have T1D.
PP and the conservatives have tried to stop coverage for this.
