The vicious cycle of monopolization:

1) Corporations argue that their growth is just part of the free market.
2) Use their monopoly power to gouge consumers.
3) Take a portion of their profits to make political donations.
4) Lobby against antitrust enforcement.
5) Repeat.

Humans are about 10 million times larger than viruses, yet they kill us regularly.

We can’t see them. We can’t outrun them. We can’t destroy them with our guns.

And yet we continue to disrespect them.

The Washington Dem political class will never understand that except for the Trump impeachment, the border, Trans, & abortion she sounds a lot like AOC. Rural & working class Americans have been screwed for 45 years by corporate America.

The most interesting outcome tonight was Democrats winning the 2 seats on the Georgia Utility Board on today’s ballot. This was a pure economic campaign. If Dems learn anything from tonight, the message needs to be:
Biden High Prices
Trump Way Higher Prices.

College football programs could spend $200 million in buyouts. Spare us the money moaning

Will Wall St. Senate Dems sell out the working class players who only get to split $20 million. While management gets $10 of millions individually?

For blue state Dems to run better in rural states they need to understand opioids deaths were double the # of gun deaths in the US in 2023, 100,000 to 47,000. To win win people’s votes you must talk fluently & authentically about the major issues facing them and their communities.

One of the best lines, I have read this year:

Listen, you can’t break the Trump cult, but they are the minority.

We need a sustained presence of Democrats in rural spaces to talk to their neighbors and run for office. Seats go uncontested for decades.

Hate gerrymandering? Get Democrats on every ballot and every race. We have to run to win.
