101 yrs ago today: Giacomo Matteotti was assassinated in Rome, after accusing Mussolini’s regime of stealing the 1924 election.
His death led to a several months’ walkout of the political Left & Center of parliament.
We are not in a unique position, save only for a lack of real leadership.
