Honoring World AIDS Day. Many Peace Corps Volunteers served in communities hit hard by HIV and stood beside people fighting for health, dignity, prevention, and hope. We remember those lost, support those living with HIV, and call on our country to keep leading the fight to end this disease.

In 2020 the United States stood with Zambia to fight HIV. In 2025 this administration erased USAID and pretends World AIDS Day never existed. ❤️‍🩹🌍 We remember the work. We remember the lives. 🕯️ And we refuse to let them bury the truth.

Oregon’s kids are about to feel the impact of federal education cuts. Support for teachers, rural schools, and students with special needs is on the line. These aren’t just numbers. They’re classrooms, families, and futures we can’t afford to watch slip away.
