Cross or Cags can’t be that much more of a defensive liability in the OF and I know they can’t suck worse at the plate than MJ does. So why wait? If you burn an option then so be it. If either guy is who KC thinks they can be I assure you KC won’t use all their options anyways. #FountainsUp

If I’m the Royals I would consider some sort of understanding with Will Smith that if this team needs a bullpen arm free agent pickup late in the season that he’s our call. Just stay in throwing shape; no minor league time needed.
I mean if you needed a 6th inning guy he’s not nothing.
