I feel that in these noisy times there's a real need to come back into our bodies. To escape the ever running mind and to investigate what's beyond our fears. A deep rooted intelligence that connects us to all of life. A space of peace where we can access the wisdom of our intuition.

The problem isn’t a lack of solutions—we know what must be done. The issue is that we’re trapped in a system that resists radical care because this would mean its destruction. It was not built for care; it was built for abuse.
