The cancer-stricken 74 year old Democrats chose to make the face of congressional oversight during the Trump admin is a self-described policy "wonk" who's openly critical of colleagues engaging the public in floor speeches or mass media, which he calls "performative" and "bloviating".

The criticism wasn’t of the Penix pick in a vacuum, though—it was of the contract and pick together. And while the pick looks a lot better now, it doesn’t wipe away the fact that that they’re spending $90 million on Cousins.
I remember when ESPN hot takers destroyed ATL for drafting Penix. I guess those days are forgotten.
