First time seeing water moccasin and timber rattlesnake in the wild, also nice rock formations off Snake Road in Southern Illinois' Shawnee National Forest

1:30 a.m. today at home. Looks like a coyote to me.

Got about 20 feet from a pileated woodpecker today, close enough to get a decent digital photo.
