It's very simple.
Taking someone without due process is abduction.
Taking someone and refusing to show your ID and/or proper credentials... is abduction.
It is brownshirt behavior, not government enforcement of law.

The rule of law is all or nothing and must apply equally to everyone. If there's no rule of law for some people in America, then there's no rule of law for any of us.

How about some basic rules?
--All law enforcement officers should wear identification
--No law enforcement officers should be allowed masks
--All law enforcement officers should wear and use body cams
...oh and...
--All law enforcement officers should understand, respect & follow the law

The Māori are not going to sit still and have their divine-given rights taken away, not without a fight. I saw a video when the woman leading this was sworn into NZ parliament and she performed a Haka then. I was and still am impressed.

I was talking on Zoom with someone from Australia a few nights ago (I’m from Florida in the US). He mentioned voting was compulsory there.

I found that very interesting.
