The domination of the climate narrative on Western economies will only end when the billionaire philanthropists waste all of their money on the rapacious activist complex.
But what a waste. Those billions could have helped so many vulnerable people.
My latest.

As #COP30 kicks off, there are basic questions about what the point of any of this is.
In my latest, I think it is time for COPitulation of the process.
But the COPocrisy still has legs as these global climate diplomats don't want to give up their lucrative game.

Tortification of healthcare.
Who is responsible for the US healthcare service decline?
Tort lawyers say it's the captured agency scientists and the drug companies.
Economists say it's the corrupted tort legal system.
A tort grifter in now running the HHS.

Post-capitalist campaigners must realize that getting in bed with tort lawyers, taking their money via dark, donor-advised foundation funding, and promoting their lawsuits is only enabling a more crass capitalism and corruption via the litigation industry.

Do activists realise how rude and disrespectful they are?
Maybe if the NGOs who signed on to the personal attack dog known as #KickBigPollutersOut themselves get kicked out of #COP30, they'll see how their assault on dialogue was not morally acceptable.

Activists hate ethics codes of conduct.
It means they can't lie, personally attack others and be disrespectful
At #COP30, the UNFCCC has a code of conduct.
I filed a complaint against #MakeBigPollutersPay for ethics violations

How does a #LitigationFinance company make money off its investors? We already know how these ex-Enron sharks take 50% from the plaintiffs.
As there's no transparency, no audits and no reporting, we rely on whistleblowers to reveal their new #PonziScheme.

Risk management is common sense: reduce harm while ensuring benefits.
Regulators prefer no clear policy guidance document because vague ambiguity can be convenient for some decisions.
We need a White Paper on Risk Management for common sense policy.

Part 2 of the #LitigationFinance whistleblower exposé looks at how investors pump billions into funds earmarked for certain lawsuits. No disclosure, no transparency, no scrutiny.
Who are they? What special interests?
Doesn't this corrupt the US tort system?

We're being managed by idealistic monkeys.
And unless we demand a rational governance guidance document, we're the ones responsible for letting them fling their faeces on us.
My latest, a one pager, calls for an EU White Paper on Risk Management.

When you need to fix a leak, look for where the water is coming from.
My latest gets at the source of the problem. EU decision-makers don't (wish to) understand the risk management process.
The solution is a guidance document (White Paper) on risk management.

It boggles the mind how much of the tort lawsuit payouts goes to litigation finance companies (and not the victims).
It boggles the mind that no one is looking at these dark, secretive lending companies.

Industry and science institutes need to push EU officials to establish a guidance document - a white paper - on risk management.
If not, my latest argues, no EU policy will be workable. An EU Ultra-Processed Food Directive would ban all packaged foods.

If the EU Commission uses its understanding of risk management in a hazard-based #UltraProcessedFood Directive, any food that's packaged will have to be banned.
My latest argues before any further EU regulations, they produce a White Paper on Risk Management.

In the #SlimeGate whistleblower exposé into the litigation finance industry, the real villains are the partners.
They hire young analysts to do their dark, dirty work while they move among the Predatorts looking for more sinister ways to rip everyone off.

Scientist: Explore, discover, test, verify, develop, innovate, improve lives.
Journalist: Control F "conspiracy word".
My latest asks: Which one adds value to humanity?
Why do we let integrity-challenged journalists like Emily Kopp destroy trust in science?
www.thefirebreak.org/p/journalist...
October 27, 2025 at 3:46 PM
Activists and journalists have a distortion playbook they use to destroy trust in science and generate fear and outrage.
They take a responsible and precise answer from a scientist and manipulate it. Monsanto, Exxon, now Tylenol. This tactic never gets old.
