US inflation data is using more estimates due to staffing shortages caused by Trump's hiring freeze.

As per the WSJ, 29% of the price estimates used "different-cell imputation" (estimates from different cities), 2x more than previous months.

Russia is not winning the war in Ukraine. ISW has a nice report showing that current Russian military recruits are VERY poorly trained (receiving only 3 weeks!), and suffering high casualties.
