Just watched #TheMerchantofVenice1936 Set in the East End of #London during the rise of #fascism before the war. A brilliant performance that gave a whole new perspective on this Shakespeare play. It also has chilling parallels to the current climate with #Farage #Trump #Musk #TheyShallNotPass
