Not usual for a bill to come out of committee worse than it went in, but the #AssistedDyingBill is an absolute mess. It needs to go into the long grass until it can be done properly.

Being atheist & shaming religion is not ok.
Being a Christian is ok.
Being homophonic, misogynistic, racist or hateful in the name of Christianity is not ok.
Being a reindeer is ok.
Bullying & excluding another reindeer because they have a shiny red nose is not ok.

This will be regretted very quickly. I'm hoping for some amendments in the Lords now.
There's no date on this ridiculous petition. So it'll be a really short debate as a minister confirms there will indeed be another general election. In 4.5 years.
