I understand the decision to give more time to a manager who won us two trophies in two seasons, even when league form was atrocious. But hindsight proves they needed to be more cut throat and get Ten Hag gone in the summer.

The Rashford situation is well sad. There must be so many details we aren’t aware of but you hear whispers about what’s going on with him. The club haven’t treated him well but can’t help but think he was in a position to take control and turn things around. Proper disappointing that he didn’t.

It would be absolutely bonkers to sell Garnacho now. It’s not just about his potential, of which he has loads, but what he’s already done on the pitch. He’s only 20. He can learn to do what he needs to do to fit in Amorim’s team.

Liverpool incredibly lucky to get a point there. Gifted a penalty and then the match winning chances fell to Maguire. Lots for United to be happy about there. The point is fine but the performance was good.

Amorim said things were going to get worse before they got better. And this isn’t a criticism of him at all. But if Wolves, who are shite, can start winning games straight away, why can’t we? Are the players really *that* bad? Or are they that disinterested in doing well for the team?
