Only just posted about footballers and how they aren’t immune to mental health problems and I’ve just come across this. Unless you’ve been in those dark places you really don’t understand how bad it is,it’s awful. Try not to be too harsh you don’t know what’s going on in someone’s head. So sad RIP💚

footballers aren’t immune they struggle too especially young ones who live on their own in a foreign country or in a new city. Even more so now with social media a lot of them do see the abuse they get that’s 1 of the reasons you won’t see me giving it. #MentalHealthMatters 💚💜❤️
