The need for security- and privacy-engineered medical devices is extreme. Risks are increased significantly when AI is allowed to control medical device actions; most AI algorithms are not thoroughly tested, vetted, or accurate for all contexts of use.

Even if a state has a rape kit tracking system, it does not mean the kit is being used. E.g., here in Iowa only 37% of those with kits used the DNA testing...1/3
