For those who smoke/use 🪴, do yall have any tips? Especially for anxiety? I been really struggling with the physical symptoms of panic attacks with lack of appetite, shakes, chills, shortness of breathe, etc. And I've never used before 😭😭 I will look more into it but I want to know what to look for
